The Quebec Investor Program
The Quebec Investor Program is the most popular program in the Canada Business Immigration category. The Program is for individuals with management experience and a minimum net worth of CDN$2,000,000.
A qualified individual is required to invest $1,200,000 deposited in the Receiver General account for a period of five years with no interest. The Government guarantees the investment, which contributes to Canada’s economic development and job creation.
There are flexible financing plans available through designated Canadian financial institutions that make it possible to make a one-time down payment of CDN$350,000 with no need to make five-year deposit of CDN$1,600,000.
The investment is unconditional and passive. There is no requirement to own or manage a business after arrival.
