Dominica Economic Citizenship Program
The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has created an Economic Citizenship Program to channel capital into its national development (funding schools, hospital renovations, a sports stadium, and other public sector projects).
The Economic Citizenship Program allows applicants to become citizens of the Commonwealth of Dominica, without a residency requirement. Once Citizenship is granted, passports may be easily obtained.
Investor Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older,
- Possess a valid passport and reside legally in a country,
- Make a one-time payment to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica,
- The principal applicant must have a basic knowledge of English. However, translators may be used at the interview.

- Make a one-time payment of USD$100,000 to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica,

- Make a one-time payment of USD$170,000 to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica,

- Make a one-time payment of USD$200,000 to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica,
The Dominica Economic Citizenship Program for Married Applicants with More Than Two Children
- Make a one-time payment of USD$200,000 to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica,
- No additional for the first and second children,
- Make an additional one-time payment of USD$20,000 for each dependent applicant 18 years old or under
- Make an additional one-time payment of USD$50,000 for each dependent applicant over 18 years old
